Arrivals look wrong

Live arrivals come from the Transport Department’s real-time feed and refresh every minute. Timetable estimates are labelled as estimates and can drift. The bus can still be late; the app won’t hide it.

My pinned stops are missing

Pinned stops live on your device and sync through iCloud. Check that iCloud is turned on for the same Apple Account.
